STAR-DELTA TIMER

When supply voltage is applied connection between Pin 1 & Pin 4 is made. The time period starts for Star connection. After the Star set time has elapsed connection between Pin 1 & 4 is opened and stays neutral position for mS. After the 100mS pause connection is made between Pin 1 & 3 for delta contactor.
